Participation terms
A practical wellbeing campaign—not clinical care.
Last updated 27 August 2026 · Total Fusion Lions Mental Health Month 2026
About the experience
Connect, Commit, Companion and Impact provide general wellbeing education, campaign participation and community measurement. They do not provide diagnosis, counselling, medical treatment, crisis response, legal advice or advice tailored to an individual’s clinical circumstances.
Pulse and My Journal
ME.YOU.US. scores are self-reported wellbeing and connection indicators used in anonymous aggregate campaign reporting. Written reflections and private Journal entries remain in the participant’s browser unless they deliberately choose to share one specific ModiMinds session takeaway anonymously with ModiMinds. That choice does not authorise public publication; Community Spotlight or another public use requires a separate, clearly labelled choice. My Journal is a personal reflection aid, not a clinical record, assessment or substitute for professional support. Browser data may be lost if the device, browser or stored site data changes, so participants may download a personal copy.
Urgent support
If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 000. For crisis support contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or another appropriate professional or support service.
Participate safely
Choose actions appropriate to your circumstances, abilities and health. Movement entries are self-reported and are not medical or fitness recommendations. Stop and seek appropriately qualified advice if an activity may be unsafe for you.
Profiles and public sharing
A nickname and My Why are optional. Do not submit a legal name, contact details, another person’s information, offensive material or medical details. A nickname and My Why remain on the participant’s device unless separately selected for Community Spotlight. Selected content is published only after review by an authorised campaign moderator, who may decline or remove content to protect participants and the campaign.
Young participants
Participants must understand the privacy and sharing choices they make. Participants under 16 should participate with a parent, guardian or responsible adult and should not submit free-text content or public-sharing choices without that support.
Activation registration and offers
Registration for the Lions Den Ultra, Reset & Refresh or Me. You. Us. is an identified workflow used to coordinate participation and agreed follow-up. Registering does not make private Journal writing or individual wellbeing activity visible to ModiMinds or Total Fusion. Each adult must make their own registration and privacy choices. Optional event reminders, campaign updates and motivation are sent only when separately selected. Guest passes, membership enquiries, competitions and offers remain separately labelled workflows.
Fundraising
The ModiMinds platform does not process card payments. Donations must be made through the confirmed charity or client-approved donation provider. Public fundraising totals may be updated from information supplied by the charity or campaign organisation.
Accuracy and availability
Participant entries are self-reported and aggregate totals are indicative. Estimated participant counts may not equal unique people across every device or browser. ModiMinds may correct, reset or remove demo, duplicate, invalid or abusive data. Continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Ownership
The underlying ModiMinds platform, software, components, engagement taxonomy, methodology, reporting architecture and reusable materials remain owned by or licensed to ModiMinds. Total Fusion campaign branding and authorised client content remain client-specific material.
